Across the nation, our sales agents net $60,000 – $100,000 in their first full year with us. Through our systems, models, and culture, they grow to double that in their second year with us.

Compensation:
$60,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Practice and master scripts and presentations
Lead generate to build pipeline and database
Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database
Become a local expert through Open Houses, home previews, and Alaska Multiple Listing Services review
Learn and implement technology, tools, and resources
Show and sell homes
Take listings
Write and negotiate contracts
Learning and committing to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Ben Kinney Team
Qualifications:
Agents on our team are self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and coachable
They are mature, responsible, and dependable
They are resourceful and quick on their feet
They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team environment
They are ambitious with emerging talent and the proven ability to succeed
Applicants are licensed/able to obtain their license to sell real estate in the State of Alaska
