Overview

<p>Develop and execute digital content marketing programs aimed to foster digital growth and label strategy. Create content focused on supporting marketing campaigns to increase product growth and awareness for Music Choice ETV, app and MusicChoice.com.</p>

<p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>Develop and execute compelling digital content strategies in coordination with internal departments (Programming, Creative, Editorial), tied to monthly marketing programs and strategic artist programs targeting user acquisition</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end coordination of unique and engaging content across digital platforms. This includes ideation, production, and editing of content (including but not limited to: interviews, digital exclusive series, real-time topical social posts, and editorial featuring artists), copywriting, and scheduling social posts</li>
<li>Monitor, track, and provide analysis related to performance of digital content goals</li>
<li>Has hands on, practical knowledge of all Music Choice products and is conversant about our products</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Competencies and Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>1 – 2 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Content Marketing experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in CC Premiere, CC Photoshop, videography, audio and video editing</li>
<li>Experience with content marketing trends and all social media platforms, social video platforms (YouTube, TikTok), blogging, live streaming</li>
<li>Solid understanding of the music industry with a passion for lifestyle, hip-hop and pop music; experience with brands focused on the 18-34 demo preferred</li>
<li>A creator who knows how to measure performance, what metrics matter, and how to optimize accordingly</li>
<li>Soft skills: Strong organizational skills to include an eye for detail; ability to independently set priorities; ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure; must be curious and innovative; strong written/verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li>
