Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership / sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. May analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program / project budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing team
Establish new external stakeholder relationships and maintain existing ones
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other Managers to understand their needs
Identify opportunity and assist with developing a Marketing strategy, in a diverse multi – cultural population
Share our mission to help people live healthier lives, throughout the communities we service
Create educational and marketing events within our targeted population
Execute, plan and coordinate resources (i.e., Vendors, Partners, Sales Agent, etc.) to ensure a successful event
Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted growth, retention, and enrollment expectations
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Investigates non – standard requests and problems, with minimal assistance from others
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or higher
1+ years of Event Planning and Marketing coordination within a matrix organization
2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – (Word: creating newsletters, flyers, business letters Excel: tracking inventory and other membership / marketing data, Outlook: emails; calendar PowerPoint: creating presentations)
Ability to travel 20% within territory and work evenings and weekends, when required
