Sell Lifestyle Publications to passive candidates.
Conduct full cycle recruitment including pre-screening, interviewing, and, coordinating interviews with the executive staff.
Research, review and screen resumes on a daily basis
Creatively source and recruit candidates to create a pipeline of passive candidates
Organize candidates using in-house system and keeping detailed notes on each candidate
Updating job descriptions
Utilize multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract talent through multiple sources.
As a Sales Recruiter you must possess superior organizational skills and a positive attitude. You must be a team player, energetic, and motivated. Furthermore, you must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone. One must also contain the following:
2+ years’ experience in sales
Create strong talent pipelines to increase both the volume and the quality of candidates through head hunting, via provided job boards.
Identify, attract, and sell passive talent on an opportunity through an extensive follow up process
Sourcing, networking and internet searching skills
Ability to stay focused, and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong follow though
Demonstrated writing and oral communication skills are required
