<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This position is being recruited under Section 1107 of the NDAA Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92) in the new Cyber Excepted Service (CES). Positions in the cyber excepted service are positions necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the United States Cyber Command. This position in the excepted service does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the competitive service.<br /> Learn more about this agency <br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul> <li>Establishes and implements policies and procedures to prepare and clear intelligence information reports for release.</li> <li>Works in partnership with a broad range of organizations to satisfy customer needs for classified military information and technical intelligence information.</li> <li>Reviews requests and reports, and recommends disclosure responses in accordance with disclosure policies, procedures, and strategic goals.</li> <li>Secures inputs to staff foreign disclosure requests and coordinates disclosure actions in accordance with National Disclosure Policy, DIA directives and policies, and USCYBERCOM directives and policies.</li> <li>Plans, coordinates, and oversees disclosure requirements for JFHQ-DODIN operations and missions.</li> <li>Oversees, prepares and participates in disclosure policy development; coordination of complex staffing actions; and coordination with high-level officials at the Flag/General officer and Senior Executive rank.</li> <li>Provides expert advice to the Designated Disclosure Authority (DDA); Director of Intelligence, JFHQ-DODIN; and other appropriate officials.</li> <li>Develops and implements policies, directives, and procedural manuals relative to foreign disclosure.
