Overview

A major client of ours has an immediate need for an experienced SAP HCM Analyst. This position is critical and the client will hire someone as soon as the right individual is found. Specifically, we are in need of someone who is very experienced in Payroll and Time configuration and HCM-related processing in general. As with all of their Analysts, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business to provide support and help them improve their operational processes by adding your creative solutions to the company’s needs. Responsibilities
SAP HCM PR configuration including Payroll, Time, OM, PA and ESS.
Lead the requirements gathering needs by authoring specifications for everything from system configuration to enhancements and customizations to reports and forms
Spearhead business process design, system design
Lead testing efforts related to HCM and work closely with the formal QA Team. Create scripts and help execute Unit, Regression and Integration tests
Collaborate closely with the development team
Keep abreast of, and continually apply, SAP Best Practices
Participate in system upgrades
Mentor more junior team members
Keep abreast of SAP technology advances and new opportunities to apply them to the business.

Qualifications
At least six years of experience in HCM configuration and support with heavy exposure to Time and Payroll.
Experience with personnel structures, wages types, work schedules, etc.
Experience integrating HCM with other modules.
Excellent understanding of HR and Payroll best practices for SAP
