  • Position based in New York City;
  • Work closely with Vice President and senior talent counsel to provide legal advice to clients on all talent related agreements, including but not limited to social media influencer agreements, creative rights agreements and IP licensing agreements;
  • Support Legal in all aspects of their work, with an emphasis on social media influencer agreements, creative rights agreements, public relations production agreements, advertising production agreements, IP licensing agreements, and related contractual arrangements;
  • Prepare and negotiate drafts of such agreements;
  • Become broadly familiar with a brand and corporate files and procedures; and address client questions, as guided by supervising lawyer;
  • Manage outside counsel in connection with litigation matters;
  • Advise and consult with clients in all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to identify critical legal issues, assess potential legal options, and provide individuals and teams with an analysis and range of possible legal solutions, all in the areas of creative rights and IP licensing law;
  • Exercise independent judgment related to company legal matters


  • Minimum Education level: JD from top law school
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ Years
  • 2 years in-house experience, a plus
  • % Travel Time: 0-5%
  • Required Language Proficiency: English
  • Bar admission
  • Consumer products industry experience preferred
  • Influencer and celebrity talent agreement negotiation, a plus
  • Working knowledge of US and international creative rights and IP licensing law, policies, and processes
  • Ability to form strong relationships with business leaders and serve as a partner to the Marketing & Creative Operation teams
  • Ability to execute in a complex matrixed environment
