Topgolf is seeking a team-oriented, energetic, dedicated attorney with 2-5 years of experience reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial contracts covering a wide range of disciplines. Key Responsibilities
Assume primary role in reviewing, negotiating and managing company contracts originating from the field, home office, and other Topgolf brands within the company 
Act as the point person for Topgolf clients when contracts questions arise
Deliver excellent work product while exemplifying responsiveness, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
Understand and protect the business objectives of the company
Execute other projects and duties within the Legal Department as required
Key Qualifications
2-5 years of law firm and/or in-house legal work experience
Expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and closing complex commercial transactions
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and negotiate persuasively
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
