GEOINT Throughput Analyst, Senior<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Improve the mission areas of a DoD client's source operations quantitatively and qualitatively through support to existing operational activities, future needs and capabilities, and developmental activities. Demonstrate expertise in GEOINT access, products, imagery, and DoD dissemination strategies across DoD architectures. Apply expertise in dissemination and access controls rules in accordance with client policy guidance. R eview customer needs and support additions or modification to existing data dissemination or access profiles for tools and services and provide virtual and onsite support to imagery operations and integration activities across client processes, including Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) work flows. P rovide administration for intelligence, defense, and civil data access and dissemination architectures, policies, and supporting processes to support the client, track system changes and problems impacting those systems and users, and provide troubleshooting support to clients at the user and tool level in attempts to restore imagery access. Assist the client with developing and coordinating complex access, throughput, or dissemination strategies. W ork under minimal supervision, leverage professional judgement in decision making, and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with GEOINT collection requirements, operations, or TCPED processes as a source throughput analyst (STA), source strategies analyst (SSA), or collection manager<br /><br />-Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), FishTools, and PRISM<br /><br />-Knowledge of DoD enterprise services dissemination processes and supporting architectures<br /><br />-Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities<br /><br />-Ability to work independently or as part of a team to enable GEOINT throughput<br /><br />-Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration<br /><br />-Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance<br /><br />-HS diploma or GED<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience as an imagery or geospatial analyst<br /><br />-Experience with GIS tools and capabilities<br /><br />-Experience with GIMS Advanced Search and Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS)<br /><br />-Ability to facilitate interagency collaboration<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph<br /><br />-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
