Systems Engineer, Lead<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Maintain responsibility for the design and operation of data and voice communication systems, including performing a variety of complex engineering or analytical tasks and activities associated with one or more areas of the communications system technical function, including network design, engineering, implementation, or operations or user support. Analyze the development of analytical proposals to improve the Nuclear C3 (NC3) e nterprise operations, security, and resilience. A nalyze gaps and interdependencies among the NC3 enterprise, identify alternatives, and propose solutions to help evolve the technical architecture. <br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-15+ years of experience with communications system design<br /><br />-Knowledge of the Nuclear C3 (NC3) architecture, including performing systems engineering on elements of the architecture including systems design, implementation, or operations of the military services' nuclear enterprise programs, projects and activities;<br /><br />-Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team to achieve NC3 enterprise objectives<br /><br />-Top Secret clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />-Completion of communications system design technical seminars or short term training sessions<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in Engineering or a related field<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change. <br /><br />JCC
