BI Report Developer/Data Visualization Expert<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports based on OLAP data sources. Maintain and update an existing OLAP data model. Assist with testing fixes and updates to data model, dashboards, scorecards, and reports. Update and maintain the meta-data repository. Leverage knowledge of the federal cost estimation and budget life cycle<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5 years of experience with reporting, data management, or data analytics and visualization using market leading commercial and open source tools, including standard and ad-hoc reporting<br /><br />-Experience with multidimensional data modeling, including star schemas, snowflakes, de-normalized models, handling dimensions and attributes, and OLAP data repositories<br /><br />-Knowledge of visualization and dashboard design techniques, appropriate chart types, and storytelling strategies to reveal insights in the data<br /><br />-Knowledge of SQL or other relational database management systems<br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with Cognos BI a/or TM1<br /><br />-Experience with Agile software development<br /><br />-Ability to be a creative thinker, multitask, and display mature judgement<br /><br />-Ability to develop excellent working relationships in teams and across the organization<br /><br />-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in Data Analytics, CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
