Career Program Management Specialist<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Maintain responsibility for trend analysis and predictive modeling to effectively evaluate and communicate results to aid the decision-making process that can affect the business, including process and organizational change. Build analysis to comprehend the interconnectedness of employee programs that may influence the employee value proposition. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project. Work on complex projects and guide the activity of others on the team. Prioritize deliverables and work independently with little guidance.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5 years of experience with supporting DoD programs<br />-Experience with developing and deploying programs and tools for ITM training and the client's certification and intern programs<br />-Knowledge of an Army career program<br />-Secret clearance<br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with an Army IT management career program<br />-Experience with supporting Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) staff<br />-Knowledge of the human capital processes used to hire and develop staff, including the human capital life cycle, such as one or more of the following processes used to address specialized talent needs: defining talent, recruiting talent, placing talent, or developing talent<br /><br />-MA or MS degree<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
