Our client is a large American multinational investment bank and financial services company with over 200,000 employees. They specialize in Consumer banking, Corporate banking, Insurance, Investment banking, Mortgage loans, private banking, private equity, wealth management, and credit cards.
We are helping recruit permanent Client Services Representatives for their Brunswick Call center.
They are looking for some sales experience – ideally with cross-selling, up-selling or referring products.
They have multiple shifts open
The Start Date for the training is October 7, 2019
The Mandatory paid training starts on October 7th to January 14th, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
You will need to complete and pass an online assessment as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Listen to client needs
Understand which products/services will work best for the client throughout the relationship
Working in a fast-paced, changing environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking and communicating in an efficient manner.
Working in a collaborative environment with a team of professional an inbound call center.
Navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with the client.
Listening to, understanding and providing needs-based sales solutions for our clients.
Incentive opportunities for meeting and/or exceeding critical performance standards.
Provide education to clients. Inform and educate clients on products that are available and will benefit them to meet their needs.
Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives.
