OfficeTeam is seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives for a fast growing company in north Saint Pete. These roles are temporary to hire and can pay $12/hour plus commission. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, 1+ years of sales experience, and basic computer skills. How you will make an impact ? Receiving and placing telephone calls ? Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion ? Job Requirements
– Microsoft Office knowledge required – Strong problem solving and analytical skills – Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly – 2+ years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred – Customer service and office administrative skills – Excellent computer skills – Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries – Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers – Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks – Proficiency in CRM – Knowledge of inside sales – Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service – Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel – Excellent communication and organizational skills If you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
