Client is looking for a candidate to start on 07/31/2019.
Type of work that will be required:
– Day to day operations (CRM, systems, tools, alignments, dashboard maintenance, roster) keep things up and running and ensure field has appropriate access; this means working with IT to resolve issues that our users are having.
– Ops projects: this might be creating a repeatable process, making it more streamlined;
– light project management: be able to take requirements for a dashboard (for example) and manage a vendor to ensure completion in a timely manner (QC work, check-in, get answers to questions)
Skills required:
3 – 7 years experience as Operations/Data Analyst
Experience managing communication cross functionally with IT and the users.
This person does not need to be very senior but should have good experience doing technical operations work, manipulating/matching data in Excel and problem solving. Strong communicator and someone that will follow through with ops tasks. They will be working along side another team member responsible for Core Ops and partnering with them to complete core ops work and find ways to improve/automate our processes.
This person will not be doing analytics personally. However, comfort with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, if statements) is important. Some of the QC work that needs to be done to support our operations requires matching data on an existing key, matching data when no single key exists, summarizing data to ensure accuracy (based on guidelines from the team).
Client has a number of dashboards that our internal stakeholders use to see insights and data trends as it relates to sales, payer lives, access metrics, etc. Maintenance of dashboards would require refresh of provided data, QC, and project managing enhancements that are dictated by others on the team.
