Become a part of something greater, where you, the people, make the difference. <br /><br /><strong> Summary </strong><br /> The MIL Corporation seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to support a Federal Government client with financial systems migration to a shared service provider. <br /><br /><strong> Responsibilities </strong><br /> <ul> <li> Support the migration of accounting and financial systems to a shared service provider </li> <li> Develop current state process flow charts at a detailed level to assist in determining current state processes and system needs </li> <li> Develop detailed future state process flow charts of those business events that result in accounting events, based on agreed upon configuration and service elections </li> <li> Gather system configuration and/or specialized requirements utilizing templates and procedures. </li> <li> Support meetings from engagement through migration, go-live, and post-implementation to ensure proper communication of current and future state processes </li> <li> Support the review of all services offered and determining specific services the agency will choose, including clearly articulating the scope of services in service level agreement (SLA) </li> <li> Assist in documenting policies and standard operating procedures related to the use of new shared service systems. </li> </ul> <br /><strong> Required Qualifications </strong><br /> <ul> <li> 5 years of combined functional and technical requirements management experience </li> <li> Experience defining solutions for complex business problems, and developing a product roadmap for implementing solutions </li> <li> Expert knowledge of requirements gathering techniques </li> <li> Expert knowledge of development methodology and standards </li> <li> Advanced problem solving, analytical and design skills </li> <li> Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills </li> </ul> <br /><strong> Education </strong><br /> BA/BS <br /><br /><strong> Clearance </strong><br /> Public Trust
