Program Control Analyst, Mid<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Perform a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large and complex programs, organizations, and proposals. Serve as primary point of contact and anticipate and respond to c us tomer needs and participate in budget analysis preparation and authorize budget expenditures. Recommend procedures to be us ed to monitor programs, organizations, and proposals. Perform detailed financial and program control activities, including budget ing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full-contract life cycle support. Prepare the cost-to-complete and supporting estimates. Participate in variance analysis, contract deliverables, and responses to contract and program data calls. Prepare detailed financial program management reviews and provide stat us of key performance metrics.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-4+ years of experience in a financial management or financial program control environment<br /><br />-Experience with Micro sof t Office suite, including utilizing complex formulas and functions in calculations and analysis in Excel<br /><br />-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends<br /><br />-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in B us iness or Finance<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with Deltek Costpoint<br /><br />-Experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment<br /><br />-Knowledge of Micro sof t Windows applications<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to disc us s and resolve administrative and financial issues effectively within a team<br /><br />-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
