<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />Performs a variety of tasks pertaining to operations in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures. Sets up/breaks down all areas of cafeteria/dining room. Serves food by order and proper proportion. Performs all cleaning to include work area, kitchen, tables and equipment.<br /><br />Light to heavy physical effort is required. Frequently lifts/moves items weighing up to 40 pounds.
