Temporary to permanent.
Pay Rate: $11 / hour, $14 / hour once taken on permanent.
Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Deliver superior customer service by responding to inbound calls.
Act as a customer advocate by taking ownership of the account and follow through to satisfy the customer at first point of contact.
Perform data entry to handle tickets for customer work orders.
Customer Service Specialist Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Customer Service
Strong computer skills
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deescalate customers
