Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Smile no matter what–this job can get hectic
Switch gears quickly and still smile
Be a clear communicator with coworkers and clients
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and/or in-person and still smile 😉
Direct phone calls to correct department
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
?Qualifications:
Positive and professional demeanor
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Previous phone system experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours:
Flexible M-F between 8:30 and 6:30
Every other Saturday 9-2
