Seeking Agents to provide call center services for The Nation’s Largest Sporting Goods Retailer.
Service Type: Customer Service & Sales
Work Commitment: 15-hours per week or more
Weekend Requirements: 4 Hours on Sat./Sun.
Schedule Availability: 7 Days/week; 7AM – 1:30AM EST
Schedule Structure: Agent Makes Own Schedule
Certification Availability: 3 Weeks; M-F; 2-hours/day
Pay Rate: $9.15/hour

Position Description: Respond to “Where is my order” calls; Assisting customers with product questions; Placing new orders/volume orders; Handling existing orders: returns/replacements; Provide store-specific support; Tracking shipments; Gift Card/Loyalty Card support; Dispositioning all calls
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be a resident of one of the United States (except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, or WI)
Must be at least 18 years old
