<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This position is located at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration (WSFR) Program. The WSFR Program works with natural resource organizations in the States and eligible Territories to develop, approve, and monitor grants for the protection and enhancement of fish and wildlife resources and their habitat. The major duties listed represent the full performance level of GS-12. At the GS-11 grade level, you will perform assignments of a more limited scope and with less independence. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of GS-12. Promotion is at the discretion of the supervisor and is contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of higher level work, and availability of funds.The selectee may be promoted without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
