Develops work instructions and procedures to promote consistent operations throughout the organization.<br /><br />3. Demonstrates knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources (people, money, or equipment). Experience maintaining data-entry with databases or database design, process automation, and system reporting tools such as Webi.<br /><br />4. Ability to select and apply appropriate evaluation and measurement techniques in assessing service performance.<br /><br />5. Displays expertise in reviewing and analyzing laws, regulations, policies and procedures to determine impacts at both the individual service and multiple services.<br /><br />6. Directs team level work assignments including planning, and organizing timeline ensure timely, accurate, and professional work products.<br /><br />7. Review work products of team members and make appropriate edits and modifications, while using the opportunity to teach, train and develop skill throughout the team.<br /><br />8. Conduct and present studies to propose solutions to management problems.<br /><br />9. Expert knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures both internally to DOI and externally to provide government wide direction.<br /><br />10.
