Executive Assistant, Senior<br />Key Role:<br />Perform secretarial and administrative duties for two principal or director-level executives. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature. Apply intuitive judgment, knowledge, and the ability to relieve the principal of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Leverage technical and business vocabulary and detailed comprehension of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work within established guidelines.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br />-7+ years of experience with providing administrative support to executive leadership in a variety of capacities, including scheduling meetings and interfacing with other leaders in a business<br />-Experience with supporting executives in a large corporate setting<br />-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite<br />-Ability to interface effectively with senior leadership and staff at all levels<br />-HS diploma or GED<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br />-Experience with government contracting operations, HR policies, and business operations<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change. <br /><br />CCG
