Human Capital Consultant, Compensation Specialist<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Leverage subject matter expertise as a compe nsa tion consultant and join a dynamic team of consultants performing quantitative and qualitative compe nsa tion analyses to resolve a wide range of compe nsa tion and data analytics challenges in a highly impactful role within a client HR organization.<br /><br />Act as an external consultant as part of a team that influences the client's direction towards reward programs to meet current and future b us iness needs to ensure pay programs support the organization's strategic objectives. Develop predictive models and guide decision makers towards optimal system and service design. Leverage analytical methodologies and expertise to execute project tasks. Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, optimization, data visualization, and processes. Support information management, report generation, data visualizations, and methodology development. Participate in the verification and validation of models and tools.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-10+ years of experience in compe nsa tion analysis, data mining and optimization, statistics, or data visualization in a professional work environment<br /><br />-Experience with data analysis tools, including VBA, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or SAS<br /><br />-Experience with presenting complex information to non-te chn ical audiences<br />-Experience with HR te chn ologies, including complex HRIS systems and a track record of creating or maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools<br /><br />-Knowledge of the external market landscape, including planning design strategies<br /><br />-Knowledge of Micro sof t Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel<br /><br />-Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and complex compe nsa tion plans that align with evolving corporate strategies and manage multiple initiatives simultaneo us ly<br /><br />-Ability to apply probability and statistical te chn iques to analyze large and complex data sets and conduct the development and application of optimization models to support independent assessments of studies, analyses, reports, and cost estimates<br /><br />-BA or BS degree and 18 years of experience with data analysis or MA or MS degree and 10 years of experience with data analysis<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience developing data visualizations in Tableau<br /><br />-Knowledge of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and any regulatory body on compe nsa tion matters and regulatory requirements<br /><br />-Experience with executive compe nsa tion programs<br /><br />-Knowledge of federal human resources policies and processes<br /><br />-Knowledge of talent acquisition challenges in specialist skills areas, including te chn ical, Cybersecurity, and data science<br /><br />-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication and critical thinking skills, including the ability to 'story tell'<br /><br />-Active DHS Suitability clearance preferred<br /><br />-MA or MS degree or MBA<br />-CCP Certification<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
