Strategic Planning and Performance Management Analyst<br />Key Role: <br /><br />Guide and assist clients with a wide range of management, organizational, and business improvement and modernization initiatives by applying continuous process improvement strategies, methodologies, and principles. Develop business methods for problem solving, process change, and solutions implementation, including ensuring enterprise-wide integration. Identify best practices, assess performance measurement, and research, collect, and verify data and translate it into strategic and operational guidance. Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with providing technical support to a project team across multiple project activities, including performing accurate detail-oriented work, such as content to inform, update, and maintain performance dashboards and communicating effectively with a diverse stakeholder population<br /><br />-Experience with research and technical writing, including standard operating procedures, policy and needs analysis and development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and applying performance management concepts, such as the Balanced Score Card approach and using dashboards for communicating results<br /><br />-Experience with public-sector performance management and addressing the challenges facing grants-making federal agencies and the justice communities pertaining to the implementation of and compliance with the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act (GPRAMA)<br /><br />-Knowledge of communication strategies and stakeholder engagement for both strategic planning and implementation of a performance management structure<br /><br />-Ability to communicate strategically, clearly, and concisely across multiple platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365<br /><br />-Ability to be a team player and collaborator and operate with virtual teams<br /><br />-Ability to lead meetings, prioritize and resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and manage tight deadlines<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree and 7 years of experience with strategic planning and process improvement or MA or MS degree and 5 years of experience with strategic planning and process improvement<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Ability to manage and negotiate solutions among multiple stakeholders with different priorities, perspectives, and engagement styles<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br /><br />-Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills<br /><br />-MA or MS degree in Social Science Research or a related field<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
