<p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p>

<p>We need a Digital Campaign Manager who can make a real impact, not only in our Marketing team but in our organization as a whole. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Communications Manager – North America, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of marketing communications campaigns within the global communications framework, to drive engagement, consideration and conversion of New Zealand holidays. You will coordinate and input digital content and development of campaign pages on newzealand.com for USA and Canada and collaborate with our media partners, ensuring that all advertising and promotional campaigns are delivered to the highest quality. You will also be responsible for tracking campaign performance and making improvements to ensure targets are met.</p>

<p><strong>What you will need</strong></p>

<p>In making this happen, you will need to have a tertiary qualification with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing communications role. You will be experienced in website content management and be able to demonstrate an understanding across the digital media mix.&nbsp; You will have excellent project management skills and a high level of initiative and attention to detail for data and for creative production.&nbsp; As a highly effective communicator and influencer, you will need to build relationships with ease as you collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver results. &nbsp;You must have the right to work in the US and the ability to travel.</p>
