Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including but not limited to: special projects, expense reports and communications Establish and maintain files, tracking the status Assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents Revising and finalizing letters, briefs and memos Perform all aspects of Administrative duties-answer phones, file, scan Must pay attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
