Overview

The Customer Service role has a wide list of responsibilities.
The Customer Service representative answers calls from and places calls to customers, sales representatives, and prospective customers; enters orders into the system, answers questions from callers, operates will call desk, and provides a positive customer and visitor experience.
They should respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Furthermore, the customer service function must manage customers’ accounts, record details of as well as follow up on customer interactions.
They must communicate and coordinate with internal departments and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Looking for 1-3 years in Customer Service role.
Food industry a plus.
