Empower Group Enterprise is seeking a Retail Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be the point of contact for all new customer sign-ups, billing questions and overall account management. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in order to drive company revenue and maintain overall growth.
