Once onboard, you will be subject to random drug testing. <br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br />Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: <ul> <li>Ensuring that supervisory subordinates understand and comply with constitutional, legal, departmental and agency policies and regulations as they oversee intelligence staff program execution;</li> <li>Identifying intelligence requirements in support of the CBP priorities, and designing and executing intelligence functions as appropriate for the intelligence customer;</li> <li>Reviewing organizational structure and functional responsibility for subordinate organizational elements, and recommending changes to senior executives; and</li> <li>Maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with entities outside of CBP, especially components of and elements of the IC through active participation and outreach.</li> </ul> <br /> Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
