Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.

This individual must be highly professional and trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers and finances.

$100,000+ includes base plus commission
Prospect all day, every day. You are in office from 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. You are available to make/answer calls in the evenings and weekends.
Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience.
Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
Supervise and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction.
Manage the customer experience through serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers; this involves numerous phone calls, emails and text messages daily.
Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
80-90% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers and agents on the team – you must be a “people-person.”

No real estate experience is required.
