Cyber Tools Support Help Desk Lead<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Lead a team of Cyber tool engineers in providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) help desk services for deployed Cybersecurity tools and capabilities as part of a large Cyber tool integration program. Ensure compliance with service level targets, operational requirements, and key performance parameters (KPP). Oversee the technical and management escalation of issues in accordance with standing operating procedures (SOP). Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, provide solutions that are highly creative, and provide thought leadership and insight. Identify performance gaps and take action to resolve challenges. Manage stakeholder expectations through direct client interfacing and build relationships across multiple federal departments and agencies. <br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with information security and technology management, network operations, IT strategy development, Cybersecurity, or computer forensics <br /><br />-2+ years of experience with using IT Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy or ServiceNow <br /><br />-1+ years of experience with IT management or leadership in a US federal government operating environment <br /><br />- Knowledge of IT service management or Cyber security best practices <br /><br />-Active TS/SCI clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree <br /><br />-Security+ CE certification <br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with leading security tool O&M teams preferred <br /><br />-Experience with desktop support or customer relationship management (CRM) a plus <br /><br />-Knowledge of federal legislation, regulatory guidance, and best practices for Cybersecurity and data protection, including NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-37 <br /><br />-Ability to lead teams in meeting operational metrics and compliance standards <br /><br />-MA or MS degree in IT or a Technical Management field <br /><br />-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred <br /><br />-Information Assurance and Cybersecurity Certification, including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) <br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
