Apply today to join Freddie Mac's Single-Family Strategic Delivery Division, as our newest Project Management Senior.<br /><br />Th Project Management Senior role will be part of the Customer Business Offerings Team within Strategic Delivery Division. The position is responsible for the planning and execution of projects and supporting large complex projects across the Securitization, Portfolio Management and Credit Risk Transfer domains. The role will lead small to mid-size projects and assessment in large complex projects with internal/external customers and vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project.<br /><br />The hired incumbent will manage or support the key responsibilities in managing scope, schedule, quality, risk and issues and impact on systems and processes. This position works in a consultative role with our internal and external customers, operations and technology business partners and vendors as solutions are delivered to market.<br /><br /><strong>Your Work Falls into These Primary Categories:<br /><br />Project Management</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>Lead efforts with project team members representing multiple diverse groups and divisions</li> <li>Manage key project activities such as business case development, project scope and schedules, stakeholder management, business requirements, issues and risks, business process redesign, user acceptance testing, training and rollout / communications</li> <li>Work collaboratively with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders representing various groups across the organization including operations and technology</li> <li>Report on project level plans to Customers and Vendor partners (of varying level from staff level to Executives)</li> <li>Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational and project objectives</li> <li>Successfully deliver against stated objectives (for both internal and external customers)</li> <li>Plan the rollout and launch of new offerings and projects including managing the cross-functional rollout plan and developing product positioning and messaging that communicates the value proposition to the sales team and internal constituents</li> <li>Maintain in-depth understanding of customer/industry trends and needs, as well as Freddie Mac strategic objections and technology solution roadmap</li> </ul> <br /><strong> <br />Change Management</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Analyze, design and develop business offerings as well as provide project management of the implementation of those offerings including the development of business requirements, product backlog and user stories.</li> <li>Create business solutions that are flexible and executable</li> <li>Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders impacted by the project.</li> <li>Identify market requirements for current and future projects by conducting market research supported by on-going contact with customers and other industry players</li> <li>Translate learning and feedback into improvement opportunities for both the technology solutions and integration processes</li> </ul> <br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>5-7 years of related work experience</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in any related field</li> <li>Primary (lender) mortgage market experience</li> <li>Prior experience implementing technology solutions</li> <li>Detailed understanding of lender mortgage origination and securitization processes/environments (people, process and technology</li> <li>Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure and data</li> <li>Strong project management skills with technology focus including effectively managing projects using standard project management tools, including business case development, project plans, budget management, issues and risks management and status reporting</li> <li>Significant experience implementing mortgage-related technology solutions</li> <li>Ability to partner with communications, sales and other teams to ensure proper messaging and rollout of offerings to both internal and external constituencies</li> </ul> <br /><strong> Key Success in This Role</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Deliver assigned project objectives on time, managing stakeholder expectations along the way</li> <li>Anticipate risks and manage issues; proactively seek and resolve problems</li> <li>Strong quantitative and analytic skills</li> <li>Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Top 3 Personal Competencies to Possess</strong> <br /> <ul> <li>Customer Focus – Personally engage with customers to learn their needs while delivering prompt and high- quality customer service</li> <li>Drive for Execution – Be accountable for strong individual performance treating obstacles as challenges to overcome, not excuses</li> <li>Partnership – Build trust and strong partnerships with Lenders and key internal stakeholders through my own actions</li> </ul> <br /><br />Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
