Commercial Transformation Management Program Operations Consultant, Senior<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Work on impactful and leading-edge Cybersecurity transformation engagements for top-tier commercial clients that deliver significant competitive advantages and differentiated Cybersecurity capabilities. Lead and manage complex enterprise transformation projects aimed at establishing and enhancing Cybersecurity capabilities to protect organizations from current and future Cybersecurity threats. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of security transformations and high visibility programs for global clients, including establishing and managing complex deployment schedules, managing vendor project execution and performance reporting processes, analyzing risk management and budget management efforts, and communicating results to client leadership. Facilitate and lead client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops, including visioning and Cyber program design sessions. Develop project prioritization strategies and build comprehensive business cases, supporting briefings, and narratives to guide executive level investments in Cybersecurity. Participate in a collaborative team environment and a dynamic client environment. Work with clients, stakeholders, and Booz Allen leaders within cross-functional teams that deliver results, and work on Cyber analytics or digital transformations. Although we are hiring nationally, this position does require extensive travel up to 80% to client locations. <br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with strategy or management consulting for commercial clients <br /><br />-Experience in leading complex, large-scale transformation programs , including building and applying program management tools and metrics to organize, track, and accelerate work across teams with blended capabilities and diverse priorities <br /><br />-Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheets, standing up a program work breakdown structure and schedule, and managing a program through execution <br /><br />-Experience with different risk management frameworks and how to effectively communicate through a risk-based lens <br /><br />-Experience with operating in multi-vendor environments and in some cases, loosely defined and evolving scope <br /><br />-Experience with creating and coordinating implementation of program knowledge management frameworks <br /><br />-Ability to travel between 50-80% of the time <br /><br />-BA or BSdegree <br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-2+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field, including operational technology or industrial control systems<br /><br />-Experience with using common and emerging Cybersecurity-relevant technologies and tools to guide organizations in the adoption of new technologies and inform stakeholder discussions and business strategy decisions <br /><br />-Experience as a Scrum Master or release train engineer<br /><br />-Experience with communicating to and adjusting messaging for audiences at various levels ranging from technical delivery teams to executives, including driving theme driven storyboarding, conducting briefings, and leading client- and team-based discussions to build consensus<br /><br />-Experience with visual design or representing ideas visually <br /><br />-Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Cyber standards and frameworks, including NIST<br /><br />-Knowledge of human-centered design tactics and techniques to inform program design or design thinking certification <br /><br />-Ability to employ Agile practices in the context of implementing a transformation; demonstrated understanding and experience in deploying SAFe framework<br /><br />-Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills <br /><br />-MA, MS, or MBA degreepreferred <br /><br />-Agile Certification, including CSM, ICAgile-ICP, ICAgile-ATF, ICAgile-APM, or PMI-ACP<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
