Training Specialist<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards and assist with maintaining joint training standards. Assist with evaluating training objectives, determining revisions for course materials, and assessing course equivalency, training initiatives, the identification of shortfalls, and the development of mitigation strategies. Assist with assessing readiness for Cyberspace forces conducting Cyberspace operations. Participate in the planning and scheduling of training and exercise events and observation activities. Analyze the development of requirements for collective training and exercise events and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to the client and across the Joint Force for resolution. Contribute substantive content to the development and maintenance of training curriculum, schedules, joint Cyber training and certification standards, and training readiness manual. Analyze the coordination and development of joint mission essential tasks, review of joint mission essential task lists, and assessing the client's ability to meet Joint Mission Essential Task List standards.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with training<br /><br />-Ability to contribute substantive content to the development of readiness reports and prepare and coordinate training plans, schedules, and other reports<br /><br />-Ability to develop and maintain training documentation and guidance, training curriculum, schedules, and training and readiness manuals<br /><br />-Ability to contribute substantive content to the development and maintenance of joint standards for training and readiness reports<br /><br />-Ability to exhibit expertise in writing, briefing, coaching, and leading<br /><br />-Ability to effectively communicate, analyze, problem solve, and pay attention to detail<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with supporting a Joint force or agency environment<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
