Financial Analyst, Mid<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Perform as a key member of an internal team focused on the US Commercial Financial Services business. Interface with senior project and program leadership and develop and maintain complex financial models and monthly contractual financial deliverables. Monitor and deliver program financial performance metrics, including job profit, revenue recognition, bottom up forecasting, and risk. Collaborate with program teams and corporate colleagues to resolve financial, contractual, and operational challenges. Perform analyses in a highly impactful role, touching upon current program financial performance, program risk management, cash collection and DSO management, contractual compliance issues, and PMR and IPR support.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-2+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis in a corporate environment<br /><br />-Experience with analysis of growth and cash flow management<br /><br />-Experience with bottoms up forecast preparation and submittal<br /><br />-Knowledge of program and project PMR and IPR preparation and support<br /><br />-Knowledge of program and project spend-plan analysis and cost validation forecast verification and management<br /><br />-Knowledge of program and project risk analysis and reporting<br /><br />-Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and partner on all financial matters and summarize and socialize the financial snapshot of the program to help enable business leaders to achieve their strategic and operational goals<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change. <br /><br />ESG1
