This position reports to the Director, Employee Engagement and Development, at our headquarters in McLean, VA.<br /><br /><strong>Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:</strong><br /><br /><strong>Internal Communications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Ensure division initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders</li> <li>Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of content</li> <li>Responsible for planning, writing, editing and distributing assigned communications</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Organizational Development / Employee Engagement</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Serve as a collaborative partner who can seamlessly execute tactics and juggle multiple internal stakeholders and deadlines.</li> <li>Keep informed of best-in-class practices and make recommendations to create a more impactful engagement experience</li> <li>Support development and execution of divisional recognition and advancement programs, leveraging existing corporate program framework</li> <li>Identify programmatic solutions to support cultural, engagement, professional development</li> </ul> <br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Typically has 3+ years of related experience as an internal communicator, with employee engagement or organizational development responsibilities.
