Overview

Primary contact for voice messaging throughout the Sentara system. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all staff, community, physicians and patients utilizing the phone system and messaging applications. This position is the main point of contact for emergent and critical call requests throughout the enterprise.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><strong>Education Level</strong><br />High School Grad or Equivalent<br /><br /><strong>Experience</strong><br />Required: Computer/Keyboard Skills – 1 year, Customer Service – 1 year<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>License</strong><br />None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Skills</strong><br />Required: Active Listening, Communication, Service Orientation, Speaking, Technology/Computer<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Other</strong><br />Previous healthcare and multi-line phone experience preferred. Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
