Our Client is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team supporting a Windows/MAC environment to troubleshoot issues over the phone. You will be tasked to handle end user calls, provide a high level of customer service and remediation on any software or hardware related issues via remote assistance. You will be responsible for password resets, troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating any issues.

Effective communication with the customer (end user) and internal team is extremely important in order to stay organized and provide the correct service levels to the community of end users.

Top Skills:

1.) Customer Service over the phone supporting an end user climate through application, system, or technical issues
2.) Attention to detail
3.) Troubleshooting knowledge- preferable experience with doing password resets


Primarily will be working with Microsoft OS, (Windows 7,8, 10).
