GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE – Level I

Position Overview: The Guest Services Team is dedicated to providing fair and timely resolutions to guests as a result of thorough investigations into their claims. Our goal is to create satisfied, long-term guests while respecting the policies and standards of the company. The Guest Services Team is in a unique position within the company to notice and alert others to problems and trends observed from speaking daily with guests and staff. Guest Services represents the Corporation and all of its initiatives in an effort to help our guests understand their value to the company upon each interaction.

Responsibilities:

Build and enhance relationships with guests by providing high quality, professional communications to 100+ guests per day by phone, email and mail

Capture and provide accurate information to field management to ensure claims are resolved professionally, fairly, and timely

Utilize computer based record keeping systems to document all aspects of guest claims and resolutions

Actively participate in all meetings, training sessions, and activities

Build expertise on company guidelines and procedures

Demonstrate support for all corporate initiatives

Perform other related duties as assigned

Ability to manage stress and deal with difficult people

Ability to think independently, make decisions and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Outstanding attendance and dependability with the ability to adhere to a somewhat flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
