This will be roughly 6-7 month assignment. Potential to turn full time
Hour will vary between 7a-6p, M-F, Some Saturdays required
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Handle incoming customer calls with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
Develop a strong knowledge of ACCO Brands products, policies, procedures and systems.
Proactively promotes products, services and company’s value proposition to customers.
Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.
Admin related work
Able to multi task
Oral and written skills for email and minimal phone
Computer literate with a medium level or higher skillset with Excel
Ability to research, assess and determine next steps
Problem Solving
Priority setting / Time management
