Overview

We are currently looking for an individual to join our customer service team. Quality people make the difference.
Primary responsibilities of a customer service representative include:
*Driving company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customer’s home or place of business.
*Recording sales or delivery information on daily sales and/or delivery records on driver log and warehouse log.
*Setting up merchandise and sales promotion displays or delivering sales promotion materials to customers.
*Answering multi-line phones and selling automotive products.
*Following through from initial quote to the printing of the invoice.
*Communicating delivery arrangements to customers.
*Supporting both internal and external customers.
*Displaying ability to overcome customer objections with a friendly demeanor
Requirements:
Ideal Candidates must have:
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Knowledge of local area.
*Attention to detail.*Problem solving ability.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Team attitude and enthusiasm.
*Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
*Automotive experience a plus, A/C
* Bi-lingual is a plus
