Freddie Mac is growing a culture based on Agile and Modern Delivery practices to support the secondary mortgage market through rapid delivery of new technologies, and best practice innovation.<br /><br />The Enterprise Agile Coach serves as a member of Freddie Mac's Modern Delivery Agile Center of Excellence (COE) team and collaborates with leadership and other coaches on defining agile change management practices, building vibrant agile communities, crafting role and team-based learning journeys, and developing rich data and reporting standards for the enterprise.<br /><br />As a member of Freddie Mac's Modern Delivery Agile COE, the Enterprise Agile Coach is embedded within the organization to provide agile thought leadership across a wide array of modern delivery initiatives.
