Overview

Job Description: Full or part-time position working face-to-face with Wellness Advocates at the service counter, as well as working in the back to fulfill Wellness Advocate orders.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Wellness Advocates to place orders, return orders, or change orders.
Pick and verify Wellness Advocate orders
Greet customers as they come into the Product Center
Processing Returns/Refunds/Exchanges in both DataTrax and CRM
Upsell/mention promotions and Healing Hands to Wellness Advocates
Attend Mandatory Monthly Meetings
Use proper sources to resolve problems promptly
Adhere to schedule
Assist with projects or bulk team within the Product Center
Manning product display
Capture customer feedback
Kindness and respect towards fellow employees
Encouraging a positive work environment
Cover all aspects of inventory control
Job Qualifications:
Inventory control
Unloading pallets of inventory
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent soft skills
Ability to build a team atmosphere
Thorough knowledge of key DataTrax functions
Thorough knowledge and familiarity with CRM
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility within job duties
Positive attitude and kindness
