Looking to gain experience in an office environment? Hiring a temporary administrative assistant to provide vacation coverage for a client in Winooski!
Duration: Per Diem
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2 pm – 5 pm
**Assignment begins September 9th**
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer incoming calls, and take messages when necessary
Sign for incoming packages and deliver to or notify recipient of arrival
Provide clerical support such as: assist with faxing, copying, mailings. etc.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail; bring mail to outside mailbox when necessary
Make sure copiers, printer and fax machine have paper
Open support tickets (when necessary)
Perform other administrative duties (as necessary)
Experience in an office environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Familiarity with office equipment (fax, scanners, phones, etc.)
Polished written, and verbal communication skills
Solid work history combined with two positive references
