<b><u>Role Summary:</u></b><br /><br />Responsible for providing insights and<br />executing Sales operational opportunities. Responsible the definition and<br />execution of solutions for functional area of responsibility (CCI Sales) to<br />evolve processes, policies and user solutions with a focus on improving the<br />agent experience, customer experience, and balancing customer and business<br />needs. Collaborates with team members responsible for standardization efforts<br />through their lifecycle – from planning through implementation, maintenance and<br />continuous improvement. This position works closely with front line sales<br />teams, boundary partners and IT in an agile environment to manage tasks and<br />resources for successful development, implementation and maintenance of<br />process, policy and design standards and user solutions.</p><br /><br />&nbsp;<br /><br /><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b><br /><br /><ul><li>Responsible<br />for the effectiveness of complex &amp; strategic business processes and<br />develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process<br />improvements.</p></li><li>Performs<br />data analysis to assess effectiveness of processes and makes recommendations<br />for improvement.</p></li><li>Develops<br />hypotheses around areas for improvement and builds a fact base to support<br />appropriate next steps.</p></li><li>Identifies<br />innovative solutions to inefficiencies based on research within the<br />organization and market intelligence.</p></li><li>Manages<br />the planning and implementation of process improvement initiatives.</p></li><li>Works<br />with Technology partners as needed to provide support for development efforts<br />of sales tools, including process design, testing, documentation, and<br />operational implementations.</p></li><li>Observes<br />front line sales teams to ensure that processes and tools are being used<br />properly across all channels.</p></li><li>Manages<br />several priorities at once in terms of observing activities and formulating<br />recommendations related to multiple initiatives.</p></li><li>Organizes,<br />leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.</p></li><li>Successfully<br />builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts<br />to fully meet their business process and change management needs.
