The Patient Customer Service Associate II is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of multiple incoming patient or customer service related requests via telephone or other means of communication. Responsible for operational tasks associated with revenue cycle accounts receivable to provide one call resolution, to include effectively addressing eligibility, claim, and payment issues. Additionally works correspondence, updates information, audits accounts, sets up payment plans, takes payments, summarizes and documents calls or inquiry requests and resolutions.


Education Level
High School Grad or Equivalent

Required: Billing – 3 years, Call Center – 2 years

2 years of related experience in a call center or healthcare environment required. 3 years of medical billing experience required. Epic, GECB, or Allscripts experience preferred.
