The Account Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of Online and Offline Custom Solutions programs. You will support the sales process through deadline management, research and program delivery, from pitch stage to sold programs.
Job Summary & Purpose
As an Account Manager, you will have management responsibility to the US Commercial Operations department.
You will oversee delivery of 1st party digital campaigns and assist in managing Integrated Marketing programs for our customers and support Sales to generate responses to client proposals. Once business is won, the Account Management team will expedite the delivery of the order from booking to invoicing.
Key role responsibilities
Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Provide service level management to Sales and clients
- Work closely in partnership with Sales, Marketing, & Experiential stakeholders to develop responses to client proposals
- Generate support materials for proposals (including: screenshot decks, ad specs, and general research)
- Analyze trends on competitive sites
- Delegation of work priorities and deadlines within Commercial Operations (including: Marketing, Ad Operations, Video, and Experiential)
- Ensure that all bookings are set-up properly and approved in the CRM, Netsuite.
- Assist Director of Account Management to ensure that forecasted revenue for 1st party digital, online and offline CS are met
- Assist Director, Integrated Programs to ensure deliverables are executed (that include but are not limited to: scheduling kick off calls with Sales and internal teams, general and internal wrap up reporting, and chasing assets)
- Coordinate operations with clients such as gathering collateral and tags for advertising campaigns and integrated programs.
Essential skills and experience
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in online advertising
College degree preferred
Be familiar with IAB terms and conditions
Basic MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, Keynote and other systems
Line management experience essential
Ability to work in partnership with other departmental team leads
Able to work with ambiguity and articulate solutions to several stakeholders
Effective service level management
Demonstrable experience of effectively managing team priorities and workloads and successfully reporting these on a frequent basis to the departmental head
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Confident and comfortable working to tight deadlines, under pressure and on multiple work priorities
Attention to detail is paramount
Demonstrable experience of digital marketing or advertising
Keen interest and/or experience of sales or commercial operations
Understanding and knowledge of using CRM and/or booking systems (Salesforce, Netsuite or similar)
Able to keep multiple stakeholders informed and updated of campaign progress; able to articulate key milestones and dependencies
Working knowledge of media agencies
Able to deliver confidently within a project framework / structure
