Performs a variety of Compensation and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) related duties at the professional level with an emphasis on customer service excellence. This position supports the administration of AHC Compensation programs to include salary structure and minimum wage compliance, market surveys, and internal data salary reviews. In addition, the position assists in the development and maintenance of HRIS and employee records; enters and reviews HRIS entries to ensure data integrity; coordinates and prepares data files for mass data loads and transmission; conducts and/or coordinates required testing.
